Doctor Richard L. Daniels is Pastor of the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church of Fresno, California. He and his wife Patricia have one daughter, Korynn.

The pastorate of Pastor Daniels extends to thirty-plus years, and ranges from Illinois to the California. During his stay in San Diego, he served as the Minister of Christian Education under the Late Doctor S.M. Lockridge, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. His work includes serving as the Dean of the California Missionary Baptist State Convention’s Congress of Christian Education for two years, and the Pacific District Missionary Baptist Association of Los Angeles Congress of Christian Education Dean four years.

He also served as an instructor of the Pastor’s Conference of California Missionary Baptist State Convention, the Los Angeles Pacific District Missionary Baptist Association, and the Saint John Baptist District Association of Northern California. In one of the Nations largest African American Baptist Minister’s Conferences, The Baptist Ministers Conference of Los Angeles and Southern California,  he was honored to serve on the Christian Education Committee. He is presently an instructor at the Bible Based School of Theology of Stockton, California, Doctor Samuel Smith Jr., President.
